Most of the new customers who come for weight loss have “craving problem”. But I don’t see it as a problem but as a solution. We don’t need to be tempted by ice cream, cookies, or 20-ounce prime ribs. Instead, we may be tempted by watermelon, pineapple, oranges, or apples.

When I first sit down with a customer and talk about their eating habits, I gather all the information I need to know what they eat and how they eat it. The main reason for their weight problem is always the habit of eating unhealthy foods or excess.
Then I would ask them what fruits and vegetables they like. I have yet to meet anyone who hates fruit or hates green vegetables. Finally, I ask them how often they eat fruits or vegetables, and the result is that unhealthy foods are always far less common than healthier foods in comparison.
After gathering the information I ask the customer to lie down with his eyes closed. I would direct his mind to a peaceful place, and within minutes he would be at ease like he had never found it before. Then I start talking about their favorite fruits and vegetables.
I ask them to imagine a bite of their favorite juicy, ripe fruit and feel the juice tickling their taste buds. I would say to his heart, “From now on whenever you have a craving to eat, you will think of a juicy, ripe piece of fruit. But the mind of the customer starts thinking of eating spicy and weight gain things, which they start craving. Why?
Because whenever you close your eyes and bring yourself to a quiet, relaxing place, your subconscious mind emerges, and this subconscious mind is the part that controls our craving. Surely we can change what we want to do by changing our thoughts.

Let’s look at it from another perspective. Mind you, pineapple is your favorite fruit. Now, if you sit with me and I give you the juicy portion of it, you will enjoy it immensely. And you’d like to eat more of it, right? Of course. Now, suppose I open the refrigerator and take out a piece of chocolate or cake and say, choose one.
Most likely you’ll opt for pineapple because you just had a teaser, which encourages your brain to crave more. The fact is: You enjoy your favorite fruit just as much as you enjoy your favorite junk food, just need to believe.
Your subconscious mind doesn’t want anything better than what it’s accustomed to. Change the images in your mind and you will change your craving. This is a 5-minute mental exercise that you can start doing now so that you can start to change your food craving.
How to train your subconscious mind to lose weight
Step-1: Find a comfortable, quiet place with no distractions. Now start breathing deeply, until you are quite comfortable. After this, start counting down the numbers 10-1. With each count, imagine your mind getting deeper and deeper.
Step-2: After you finish counting, imagine that you are relaxing alone at your favorite place. A secluded beach or a long walk in the woods. Imagine that you are feeling very relaxed and peaceful.
Step-3: Next, imagine a basket of your favorite freshly picked fruit placed next to you. See it clearly in your mind, the color, the emotion, everything about that fruit. Imagine cutting into that juicy fruit and enjoying it like never before.
Step-4: Now repeat this sentence 10 times: “From now on, whenever I think of eating, I immediately feel the craving for fruit.”
Step-5: Count slowly from 1 to 5, and open your eyes when you reach 5.
